Celebrating Women in Government 2024
MnCCC's 2023 Celebrating Women in Government brought together 60+ women from across the state to be empowered, encouraged, and challenged by our speakers and other attendees. Because this event was well-received and highly requested to come back, we’re hosting it again on Friday, March 8, 2024, at the MCIT building in St. Paul, and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever. This event is open to all ages, genders, and organizations – come one, come all!

Nancy Lyons, CEO & Co-Founder of Clockwork
Nancy is CEO and co-founder of Clockwork, and is an international speaker who understands that humans are the hardest part of work. Terri Allred, Allred Coaching and Consulting
Terri is a dynamic and experienced consultant, leadership development expert, and catalyst for team transformation. With a passion for helping nonprofit and business leaders unlock the full potential of their teams, Terri brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to drive impactful change. Terri's passion for justice led her to a career working with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors directly after completing her Master of Theological Studies in Feminist Theology. After working as a trauma therapist with survivors and perpetrators of violence for a decade, she moved into nonprofit management and systems-change in order to make a more comprehensive impact on this social issue. Even while she served as Executive Director of 6 nonprofits in three states, Terri always owned and operated a consulting and coaching business. For more than 25 years, she has provided training, business and personal coaching, program development and many other services to hundreds of individuals and organizations. Terri is a certified Spiritual Coach, Enneagram Facilitator, Reiki Master, Restorative Justice Facilitator, Life Coach and Hypnotherapist. She is also certified in Deep Streaming Facilitation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Time Integrations For Maximum Empowerment (T.I.M.E). When Terri isn't working, you can find her looking for seashells with her family, creating pottery or snuggling with her dogs at home.
Anne Ehrhart, Google Public Sector
Anne serves as a Customer Relationship Manager for Google Public Sector, primarily focusing on local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions located in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Anne possesses over fifteen years of integrated sales and marketing experience, having effectively managed relationships, account teams, and programs within both the private and public sectors. A long-standing member of the Google team, Anne has contributed her expertise in various roles spanning sales enablement, insights and analytics, marketing, and most recently, Cloud, over a period of nearly twelve years. Currently residing in Minnesota with her husband and two young children, Anne is enthusiastic about advocating for the advancement of women in the technology and government sectors, and is an #IAmRemarkable alumni and facilitator.
