I am excited to launch our new website! We are trying to make sharing information and resources easier for our members. I hope you have also had a chance to check out our new MnCCC Facilitators Network and our monthly MnCCC TedTalk Discussion Group. Both groups are posted on RSVP under MnCCC Meetings & Announcements.

MnCCC is working on our 2016 Annual Conference. We have a call out for session proposals and conference ideas. Click here to share your ideas and submit your session proposals!

Tip of the Month: At a recent meeting, an attendee put their conference call phone on hold. Frustrating, right? The entire group on the conference call is left listening and talking over hold music. Please remind everyone at the beginning of the call not to put the call on hold. If someone needs to leave, they should put the phone on mute and walk away then come back or hang up and then dial back in later. As many of you are the moderator of conference calls, click here for a list of tips for when you are using our conference calls. They won't solve the problem of someone putting the call on hold, but will allow you to get an announcement of who last joined or let you leave the call as the moderator without disconnecting everyone else. These tips only work for Popp Telecom calls. Plus the tip sheet includes a fun conference call bingo game.
